President, Facility Services & Commercial Construction Platform

Roslyn Ridge Holdings

Overview

Roslyn Ridge Holdings is acquiring an established, profitable programmatic facility services and commercial construction company headquartered in southeast Pennsylvania, with active operations across the Mid-Atlantic. The business has been built over more than three decades and generates approximately $10M+ in annual revenue.

RRH is hiring a President to take full operational and commercial command of the platform post-close, with meaningful profits-interest participation in the value created together.

About Roslyn Ridge Holdings

Roslyn Ridge Holdings is a private holding company that acquires and operates profitable, cash-generative B2B services and industrial businesses. RRH buys to hold, professionalize, and compound. The firm backs exceptional operators with significant equity participation, direct access to the management committee, and the freedom to actually run the business.

The RRH team worked in management consulting and PE operations roles before founding the firm. Learn more at roslynridgeholdings.com.

The Role

You will own the P&L from day one and report directly to the RRH Management Committee. Specific accountabilities include:

  • Commercial leadership: Own customer relationships and contract renewals across the existing national-account book; lead new-logo business development to reduce concentration and expand the recurring-revenue mix.
  • Operating leadership: Oversee project execution, field operations, scheduling, safety, and subcontractor network management. Drive margin discipline.
  • Team build-out: Make hiring and structure decisions to evolve the organization from founder-dependent to a scalable management bench, including BD manager, operations manager, controller, and estimator roles.
  • Strategy and capital allocation: Set the multi-year plan with RRH; identify tuck-in acquisition opportunities; recommend capex and working-capital investment.
  • In person: This is a 5-day on-site role in southeast Pennsylvania. Regional travel across the Mid-Atlantic footprint is expected monthly.

Who You Are

This role is built for people who have looked at search funds or self-funded search and concluded they want the upside of running an acquired business without the 18-24 month search phase, fundraising cycle, and personal-balance-sheet risk. Likely backgrounds include:

  • Experienced professional with 6-10 years in operations, B2B services, industrials, construction, or PE portfolio-company roles.
  • Post-MBA operator with 4-8 years in operations, B2B services, industrials, construction, or PE portfolio-company roles.
  • Post-military officer with leadership tours and a commercial or operational track since service, such as Logistics, Engineering, Special Operations, Naval Surface, or similar disciplines where you have managed P&L, large teams, or multi-site execution.
  • Demonstrated commercial instinct. This business runs on relationships with national-brand customers. You do not need to come from this industry, but you should have credibly led customer-facing or BD work somewhere.
  • Operator mentality. You want to be on the floor with the team. You are moving to southeast Pennsylvania, not commuting in for two days a week.

Compensation & Equity

  • Cash compensation: $150,000-$200,000 all-in Year 1, including base plus annual bonus.
  • Bonus: Paid on a mechanical formula tied to Adjusted EBITDA versus plan.
  • Profits interest: Significant profit interests, similar to a traditional search fund model for a President/CEO.
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.
