What You Will Own
- Full P&L responsibility across all business lines.
- Operational leadership of field operations, estimating, project management, and back office.
- Revenue growth through customer retention, new contract wins, and market expansion.
- Talent development and leadership team buildout.
- Strategic planning in partnership with the board and equity sponsors.
- M&A integration if and when add-on acquisitions are pursued.
